Remodeling from $25K up. We have a secondary office in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, with luxury homebuilding exclusively on the Nevada side of the lake (this office only licensed in Nevada). Not the builder for "on-the-cheap", but in the top-tier of luxurious quality homebuilding.

How long have you been in business?
30 years - established Timberidge Homes in March of 1984
What is your primary product or service?
Luxury homebuilding from lot selection and plans development, to assistance with construction funding and final lender mortage acquisition, all the way to 100% turnkey general contracting. Can also offer interior finish consutation, as well as in-house decorating of your luxury residence to move-in completion. Our lower-end price d projects are usually completed within six months of contract signing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ridge Kayser's (owner/builder) late father was a carpenter/sub-contractor in both residential construction and remodeling. Ridge started as a construction site interior clean-up helper at age 14, and quickly was moved into being taught drywall hanging/finishing, and both framing & trim carpentry. Later as an adult, Ridge had remodeled several personal homes and rental property he owned, before going full bore into the business at age 29 (1984).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most residential homebuilders begin their careers with low-cost starter "track homes", and slowly work their way up to higher quality and larger homes. Ridge Kayser's first speculative home home project was priced $440,000 in the spring of 1984. That first luxury home he built, when adjusted for inflation would cost $1,022,409.00 in 2016 dollars.. Timberidge Homes is 100% exclusively a luxury, or upper-end homebuilder, with a minimum project acceptance of $200,000 in completed value. The price range peaks at five million dollars. Remodels in the $25K + price range.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Timberidge Homes is primarily headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our primary office is a home-office in our personal residence located in the Utica Sqare neighborhood area (between south Lewis and Utica avenue on 22nd Place).
Our secondary area of luxury homebuilding is in the South Lake Tahoe area, ......on the Nevada side of the lake.

What type of payments do you accept?
During our very first in-person meeting, we will go over in detail the homebuilding contract we offer. You are free to examine and use our time-tested contracts, or use your own attorney to pprepare a contract after we both agree on terms. Very little money is exchanged up-front, although we use a five-draw system during construction, with payments made after your lender approves that particular step of finished construction. Our material bills are always available for the home buyer's or representative's inspection,..... with verification as to their being paid encuraged.
Which areas do you service?
We specialize primarily in mid-town Tulsa, with expensive experience on lot acquisition including tear-downs on infill lots. SEcondarily, we offer complete design, turnkey construction, and remodeling in the South Lake Tahoe area (only on the Nevada side of the lake. Sorry, but we do not take any phase of construction projects in California, period.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ridge Kayser, sole proprietorship with 100% decision making. We do not have any hidden investor "partners", or "associates", nor will ever accept any of the numerous offers we are given to do so in single family homebuilding.
What are your hours of operation?
For project proposals, or discussions of possible custom building we encourage telephone callas between 9:00am until 7:00pm. During the actual building stage we are typically available for direct personal contact from 6:30am until 10;30pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Our constant referrals we are given to the friends and family members of past customer/buyers are the single best compliment we can ever be given.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Ridge Kayser and his wife Brenda are both deeply devoted Christians. Our desire is to keep our love of God out of business discussions, ......and in our hearts where it belongs. Both our parents taught us to treat others with the same level of respect, that we would want given to us.
