How long have you been in business?
Since February, 2010. So far, I have survived some of the worst weather ever recorded in Oklahoma.... a two-week record-setting blizzard and the hottest back-to-back summers on record. So, I really appreciate every sale, small or large.
What is your primary product or service?
Cake decorating supplies, candy making supplies, fondant, cupcake supplies, cake pans, cookie cutters, chocolate molds, disco dust, luster dust, petal dust, caramel blocks, Merckens candy wafers,chocolate wafers, chocolate, disposable pastry bags, icing tips, fondant tools, cake boards, cake boxes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Cake decorating has been a hobby of mine since the late '70's. I enjoy making homemade goodies for family and friends; it is good therapy and you can make someone feel special without a lot of expense.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
A larger selection of unique items and friendly service. I also do a lot of special orders, but I do need advance notice. Since all the big wholesale suppliers are in other states it does take a while for them to get the orders processed and shipped, so I recommend a minimum of two weeks notice for special orders.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one store for now and, yes, I would love to own more cake decorating supply store eventually.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I am located approximately one mile North of I-44 and Peoria on the West side of Peoria. The shopping center is Orbison Square and it is just to the North of Neighborhood Market. Or if you know where Whole Foods is located, we are just around the corner down the street from them.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, and with photo ID local checks and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
Which areas do you service?
Well, I've had customers from as far away as Arkansas and Missouri...but most of my customers are here in Tulsa and surrounding cities.

What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday thru Friday 10 to 5, Saturdays 10 to 3, Closed Sundays and Mondays. And by special appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That I have helped them with their project and they were happy with the infomation and/or supplies that I provided.

"It takes a long time to grow old friends."
